Since June this year, we have been witnessing a reinvention of companies and their work models: remote work has gained more space, the decentralisation of the offices of large companies has become a reality and employees have become accustomed to a hybrid model that allows them to have more flexibility, while complying with safety, hygiene and distance rules.

The idea that flexible workspaces were primarily for freelancers and startups is changing, and large companies, from different areas, look at their workspaces, reinforcing the positioning of flexible offices as an option for the future. They are now beginning to equate the benefits of a shared workspace.
