  • DOES LACS CHARGE MEMBERS FOR UTILITIES?

    LACS does not charge members for utilities. Water, electricity, air conditioning and Internet are included in all our monthly memberships.

  • CAN BOOKING BE MADE AND PAID ONLINE?

    We accept reservations online for our Fix and Flex memberships, yet payment needs to be made upon arrival at reception of your chosen location.

  • WHAT IS INCLUDED IN A MEMBERSHIP?

    Each membership included a modern white desk and a comfortable chair, as well as all utility charges (electricity, water, air conditioning and Internet), and cleaning services.

  • ARE THERE EXTRA CHARGES?

    Yes, there are extra fees for renting meeting rooms that exceed the number of hours that each plan is entitled to. After this time has elapsed, the meeting rooms will be charged by the hour.

  • CAN I PAY IN DIFFERENT CURRENCIES?

    Invoices can only be paid in the local currency, and by credit card payment only.

  • DO PRIVATE STUDIOS COME WITH PHONES?

    No. LACS does not supply landline or mobile phones. We can however hook you up with our telecommunications partner for a quick and smooth set-up.
