Jobandtalent is one of the members of LACS Conde d’ Óbidos. Jobandtalent has a private studio and this recruitment company has revolutionised the way 10M jobseekers and 150k businesses staff their global talent needs. We do this by providing an AI-driven Workforce as a Service (WaaS) platform that connects multinational businesses and job-seekers in record time. If the world’s largest marketplace needs logistics workers tomorrow morning, we have them covered from Bogota to Berlin. If the hottest scooter company needs an entire workforce to launch across Europe, they turn to our platform and apps. Jobandtalent is backed by some of the best venture capital investors including Atomico, F+J Labs, SEEK, and Kibo Ventures.

Describe a typical day at Jobandtalent.

Advice for someone just starting a business?

  1. Understand why you want to do it (hint – if it’s for money / fame / or any other silly reason like that stop while you’re ahead!).
  2. Focus on your customer only before you worry about anything else.
  3. Make sure it’s a problem you can dedicate the better part of a decade solving with people you like working with and that ultimately you enjoy it!
