How did CB Talents start? What’s the main idea behind CB Talents?
Our ambition is to contribute to solve the digital skills´ shortage challenge through consistently facilitating employment transitions in increasingly volatile and complex labor markets.
What do you like most about LACS?
Beautiful people and Tejo river.
When you were a child, what did you want to be?
Fireman (of course).
What was your first job?
Pizza delivery motor boy.
Someone who inspires you and why?
Anyone who is able to dream and make it real.
What is the secret to success?
To be able to dream and make it real.
Advice for someone just starting a business?
Cost control + hire the right people (preferably using our recruitment services) + have fun.
